• Experience being responsible for proposal and production drawings.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Corel draw, and/or Flexisign (Flexisign preferred)
• Strong and stable work history and excellent business references.
• Experience with manufacturing operations in a sign manufacturing environment
• Excellent communications and people skills
• Ability to rapidly create drawings in a fast paced operation.
• Experience with typical sign building materials and sign construction is required to assure drawings and related proposal costs are realistic.

Job responsibilities include artist –type drawings and production drawing development. This position will create proposal drawings for Sales and then will generate the appropriate production drawings to enable the shop to build signs that are sold from the proposal drawings. To be successful, you must be able to select materials and methods to produce the sign in the most cost efficient manner. Ideal candidates will have work experience with a large Sign Manufacturing operation.
Position will be information source for information from one department to another. Will support company policies and program.
