Art Mag: Graphic Design Intern
By accepting this internship, you are accepting the
following duties, which you agree to perform to the best of your abilities. You
are a representative of this magazine and are therefore expected to conduct
yourself in a professional, responsible, courteous manner with all staff,
clients and the community. Art Mag reserves the right to end this agreement at
any time you fail to fulfill the duties of the internship. The internship requirements are listed, but
not limited to, the following:

Report to Art Mag office at 8 Gillon Street on
agreed upon days and times promptly.
Please text Stacy and Olivia if you are going to be late or are
ill/unable to come in, with as much notice as possible
·
Daily office tasks & errands (post office,
deposits to bank, etc.)
·
Create ads for print and online for clients
·
Create images for website, including but not
limited to homepage, events page, articles, ads, etc.
·
Create images for e-newsletter each week
·
Create images for Visualive each week
·
Create various promotional/marketing materials
for company related events
·
Update website, homepage, events page, etc. with
images
·
‘Like’ or ‘follow’ Art Mag social media
platforms (including but not limited to: facebook, twitter, blog, etc.)
·
Complete all graphic design assignments (print
and online) by assigned date, fact-checked and edited to best of your ability
·
Proofread print editorial during production,
prior to sending the magazine to print
·
Attend all Art Mag events and other assigned
events, as needed
