Job Description: We are seeking a BBQ Pitmaster to join our award-winning competition barbecue team in Charleston. Our team has over 25 years of experience and has been competing in KCBS and SBN cooking competition events throughout the southeastern United States since 2001. When we're not on the road racking up trophies--we took home over 20 awards in 2012 alone!--we serve our BBQ in our downtown Charleston restaurant.
