for someone that can help plan menu/cook/cater for a private neighborhood Christmas
party on James Island, December 14th 7pm-10ish.
The budget is
$1,500-$1,600 which includes food, prep, and service for up to 150 guests.
Mostly looking for
finger appetizers, they will pay for out of a separate fund pizzas
and chicken nuggets for the kids, 2 large beef tenderloins and 1 large pork
tenderloin as well as all the desserts. All of the above menu items are in
addition to what you come up with. They will provide plates,
utensils, napkins, serving platters, and bev./wine glasses unless you
supply them with your service for no extra charge. Beverages taken care of by
Host. Looking for table to beautiful and festive with no plastic or foil
serving containers.
